Metal hot rolling is a process used to produce Titanium alloy plate and sheet.

Metal roll forming is a process used to shape Titanium alloys to obtain alloy plate, sheet, and test samples. Typical tests include tensile elongation and bending evaluations. Commercially pure Titanium, the ductile, low alloy alpha and unaged beta alloys can be cold formed within certain limits. This operation also allows a part to be given a circular contour by rolling through a set of rollers.
